Refund Policy

We understand that trying new things can be a gamble, so we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.

First-Time Order Refunds:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your first Humane Diet order, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Simply send an email to help@humanediet.com with your name, order number, purchase date, and your address and bank details. We’ll then provide instructions for returning your product to receive your refund. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued for the full product cost, excluding shipping and handling fees.
  • Refunds will be processed within 6 weeks of receiving the returned product.
  • You must return the product to us to receive a refund.

Refunds for Subsequent Orders:

Full refunds are only available for first-time orders. Due to the perishable nature of our products, for unopened, unused, undamaged, and unpunctured items from subsequent orders, we will consider refunds and returns on a case-by-case basis. We prioritize the satisfaction of our long-term customers.

For all subsequent shipments, you can manage your subscription through your Humane Diet Profile. This allows you to reschedule, skip, or cancel your order at any time.
