What is Humane Diet's return policy?
As of a year ago, Humane Diet meals and shakes, being food products, are ineligible for return or exchange post-purchase due to food safety regulations. Once an order undergoes processing and shipping, it becomes a final sale.
Requests for replacements will be entertained for Humane Diet products that arrive damaged or defective.
In the event of transit-related damages to the package, please contact help@humanediet.com within 5 days of delivery. We cannot assume liability for products that have been used or tampered with post-delivery. Should you find your purchase unsatisfactory, we will endeavor to rectify the situation. Kindly reach out to help@humanediet.com, and our Customer Care team will guide you through the necessary steps.
All requests must be made under the original account email address and include a valid order ID number.
Humane Diet products bought from a third-party reseller or retailer (whether in-store or online) must be addressed directly with the reseller or retailer from which the initial purchase was made, and are subject to the return or exchange policy of said company.
